Tickets

Tickets purchased on spelhousechicago.com are issued by SpelHouse Chicago on behalf of the hosting chapter. Each ticket carries a unique code and QR; it is valid for one entry and is void once scanned. Keep your tickets private — anyone with the code can use it.

Events hosted by Morehouse Chicago or NAASC Chicago that link to another ticketing platform (such as Zeffy) are subject to that platform’s and that chapter’s terms.

Refunds for tickets

• Cancelled events are refunded in full, including any processing fee, to the original payment method within ten business days.
• Rescheduled events: your ticket is valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
• Change of plans: tickets are otherwise non-refundable, but you may transfer a ticket by forwarding it to your guest. Email us if you need the attendee name changed.

Merch

Merch is produced in limited runs. Pickup orders are held for 60 days at SpelHouse Chicago events; shipped orders go out within approximately one week of the drop closing. Unworn, unwashed items with tags may be exchanged for another size within 30 days, subject to stock. Defective items are replaced or refunded.

Processing fees

Where shown, the processing fee covers the card-processing cost so that the full face value of your ticket or purchase supports the chapters. Fees are refunded when an event is cancelled.

Conduct

SpelHouse Chicago events are for the whole family. Organizers may refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour endangers others, without refund.
