Privacy

What we collect

When you buy a ticket or merch we collect your name, email, and — for shipped orders — a shipping address. When you create an account you may add your house, class year, and phone number. We do not see or store card numbers: payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s privacy policy.

How we use it

• To deliver tickets, receipts, and order updates.
• To check tickets in at the door.
• To email you about upcoming SpelHouse Chicago events and merch, if you have opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can change the setting in your account.

Who sees it

SpelHouse Chicago volunteers who run events and orders, and the hosting chapter for the events you attend. We do not sell or rent your information. Our service providers (Supabase for hosting and sign-in, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Cloudflare for the website) process data on our behalf.

Sign-in

We sign you in with an emailed 8-digit code and, optionally, a password. We never send sign-in links.

Your choices

You can update or delete your profile from your account, or contact us to have your account and personal data removed. We keep order records as long as required for accounting.

Cookies

We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. No advertising trackers.
